Santa Ana, The Virgin and Child

View the hidden image formed on Mary's shoulder. This invisible face, hidden to the naked eye within Da Vinci's famous painting of the 15th century, Saint Anne, the Virgin and child, exhibited in The National Gallery in London, displays as a banner the Vatican's crown.
In the original painting John, the child, is the only one that can see the hidden face in the arm according to Mary's canticle(Lc1:48ss.).
This and other invisible paintings hidden within the artwork of the Vatican and European museums question the historiography and the origin of humanity.
In this Cartoon of Saint Anne, the Virgen and child; el child, John ths Baptist, isn´t looking at baby Jesus but observing directly to where the face is formed on the arm of the virgin that holds Christ (this would be the true image described by Vasari in Da Vinci's biography, which aroused the admiration of the multitudes), while the great finger signals the existence of the hidden image.  This face is mentioned in several biblical versicles.

John the Baptist

View the hidden image of Adam and Eve sinning in the paradise of the mind. This image of a half woman and half man talks about the biblical genesis, in which Adam and Eve are not human beings, but the allegory with which the Bible narrates the birth and evolution of the human intelligence, and that jointly with the corporal sensibility form the soul inside the brain.
This and other invisible paintings hidden within the artwork of the Vatican and European museums question the historiography and the origin of humanity.
In the painting of John the Baptist by Da Vinci, exhibited in the Musée du Louvre, the protagonist signals with his right finger the existence of the image, and with his left finger the location where the mirror must be placed to form the figure of a woman (that is why John has his head tilted which is the way a woman must be represented according to the treaty of the painting).  This artwork is described, with details, through the use of the allegories of the biblical genesis and it can be seen with a mirror as explained by Philo of Alexandria.

View the hidden image formed on Mona Lisa's shoulder.
This face, which is invisible to the human eye, is formed by placing a mirror where the Mona Lisa signals with her finger.  The sfumato unables one to see the half image in plain site.  These half images that are completed with the reflection of a mirror would allow one to understand why Giorgio Vasari said that that was why a lot of artists left their paintings half done.
