Celtic Gardens Ritual and Meditation - Anchoring the Bliss
Equinox~Solstice
~ Candle Ritual
Position a candle at eye height and light it.
Gaze into the flame at the tip of the wick for 5 or 10 minutes.
Allow the room to disappear.
Clear your mind.
Trance.
A doorway may appear at the wick after about 10 minutes.
Hold your attention there at the doorway or on the flame within the flame.
If thoughts appear, just let them drift by and refocus on the flame.
Then after these 10 minutes,
close your eyes and imagine the flame
visible in your third eye.
As you gaze at it from within your third eye space,
bring the image of what you desire to become - your new self -
into this space.
Hold this image of your new self
and let it evolve and reveal all its flavours to you.
If unrelated thoughts come up - just refocus.
Step fully into your New Illumined Life.
Continue with eyes closed anchoring how it feels to be this new self
for another 10 minutes or so.
Continue embroidering your new self.
When your transformation is fully anchored - open your eyes.
Draw a symbol that represents you -
now transformed
and display it in your home.
You are transformed as your new self shines
with power
and translucence.
Your symbol is the reminder of this transformation.
Look at your symbol daily to confirm your new self
until it is completely anchored in your life.
Scrupulously monitor the changes.
Celebrate the changes that have been made in your life
~ all your reprogrammed decisions and attitudes support your bliss.

Anastasia's Garden
The Altai Mountains have been a place of pilgrimage for millennia. Shamanism is believed to have started in these "Golden Mountains," fostered by the powerful energy vortices here, and the indigenous Altai people who will host our visit are the heirs and keepers of this magical power. A million Russian tourists visit Altai each summer, to soak up the healing energy.
ANASTASIA COMMUNITY
One of the central themes in the books is the creation of Kin’s Domains (eco-villages). In Russia there are over 150+ Kin’s Domains with over 100 families living in each one. In the rest of the world we have not heard of any other Kin’s Domains being created. Of course this will all change quickly as more and more people read and understand the books and her vision.
The Future of the World -- Anastasia's Dream
Anastasia's advice, to those who can do so, is to return to Nature, build a family farm, and live there in happiness. The tools she suggests for bringing this into reality are thoughts and images of a better and more harmonious life. She feels that the traveling bards and storytellers will carry these ideas throughout the Russias. She aims at no less than changing civilization as we know it.
When Anastasia wants to accomplish something, she says, she dreams of it in much detail and with a joy in her heart. Anastasia is dreaming a plan to change the Earth. According to her plan, everything is going to start in Russia (she mentioned Ukraine and White Russia as well). Every family will be able to obtain from the state a one-hectare piece of land which they will own, but without the right to sell it. The family will make a family estate there for the generations to come. Everything is going to be on that one hectare -- a building, one-quarter to three-quarters of a hectare of forest, a pond, fields, and a fence made by trees and bushes.
Since according to Anastasia it's possible to raise plenty of agricultural products without using chemical fertilizers, the family will be able to feed itself and even sell the ecologically pure produce at market. And they will have plenty of time to think about the really important things (Anastasia calculates that an average person in Russia spends three hours daily watching television, but only 15-20 minutes per life thinking of God). Anastasia says that if you sow things properly, the plants will regenerate the soil by themselves, just as they do in the wild and everywhere else where man is behaving himself.
